The Christian Action Council of Greater Syracuse exists to represent the pro-life convictions of the evangelical community of CNY by organizing the annual Sanctity of Human Life Sunday in January, including placing the newspaper ad and maintaining a consistent prayer vigil outside the Syracuse Planned Parenthood office, which culminates in the annual three-hour Good Friday Vigil.
